Employee Benefit Design is contracted with all carriers that offer health insurance in Southwest Missouri and many of the surrounding states. We will provide each client with a detailed cost and plan analysis to ensure our clients have access to the best and most affordable coverage.  We understand the various preferences our clients possess and take into account the network and coverage needs during initial installment and renewal processes.

Many employers and HR directors are unaware of the products and potential savings a self-funded plan may offer.  With many years of institutional knowledge we have the experience and tools to assist and advise our clients on maneuvering from a traditional fully insured plan.

Several business owners would be surprised to learn about the advantages partially self-funded plans can offer. These hybrid plans provide the same level of dependability as a fully insured plan with the flexibility and potential savings of a self-funded plan.

Our team of specially trained and certified agents can help with the determination and enrollment into new health insurance plans provided under the ACA. Small business owners may qualify for a tax credit for up to a 50% tax through the small business options program.
